Q I need a quote for hygiene services, who do I contact?

Q How regularly are the sanitary hygiene units serviced?
A Usually monthly (12 times per year) but we offer more frequent intervals should need arise
Q What are your payment options?
A We accept cheques and BACS transfers
Q We already have an existing contract, but would like to change to Kingfisher Hygiene, what should I do?
A Usually you need to cancel an existing contract giving notice, prior to the renewal date in writing. However if your existing company are unreliable or not meeting their obligations you may be able to cancel immediately.
Q Why have I received a waste transfer note?
A This is a controlled waste transfer note for the waste we collect from your premises. Kingfisher Hygiene is a registered waste carrier and provides this document for your records free of charge.
